“Apex came together to meet the needs of accident injury patients in the Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge area.  Many LOCAL patients were not gaining access to LOCAL therapy services, counselors, medical specialists etc. and were sent to facilities as far away as Toronto.

As a health practitioner, I saw this to be very counter productive in their overall recovery.  Time spent driving and being in a vehicle for prolonged periods was not conducive to recovering from physical injuries, psychological concerns and driving anxiety.  It was then decided that we would begin sourcing out our local health professionals to service the various needs of accident injury patients closer to home.
